About This Product

JSX-1000S is a fluorescent X-ray analyzer that uses a touch panel and allows for easy elemental analysis. It is equipped with general qualitative and quantitative analysis (FP method, calibration curve method) and screening functions for RoHS elements. A wide range of analysis is possible with various hardware and software options.

◾️Features
・Fluorescence X-ray analysis principle
When a sample is irradiated with X-rays, X-rays are generated that have energy specific to the elements contained in the sample. This is called fluorescent X-ray. This analysis method detects these fluorescent X-rays with a semiconductor detector, and calculates the type of element from the energy (horizontal axis) and the concentration of the element from the strength of the X-rays (vertical axis).

・Providing solutions
The solution app automatically executes the desired measurement analysis according to pre-registered recipes. You can easily obtain analysis results by simply selecting the desired solution icon from the solution app list. We provide simple analysis in a wide variety of fields.

・Newly developed smart FP (fundamental parameter) method
The newly developed smart FP (fundamental parameter) method allows highly accurate quantitative results to be obtained without preparing standard samples and automatically correcting residual components and thickness. (Residual component correction and thickness correction functions are only compatible with organic samples.)

・Smart Assist (proposed by YOKOGUSHI)
For JEOL products, JSX-1000S is ideal as a pre-check and cross-check machine for analysis.
ZrEDXRF contained in sand → SEMEDS (proposed by YOKOGUSHI)
Zirconium (Zr) is found in beach and river sand. However, not all sand contains Zr. By using XRF, it is possible to quickly determine whether Zr is included in sand grain groups. Furthermore, by using SEM EDS, it is possible to identify sand grains where Zr exists. By using XRF and SEM EDS together, you can narrow down the location of the target element.

・Simple operation
Easy operation, just set the sample and touch the screen. Switching between analysis result display and spectrum display is also possible with touch operation, just like using a tablet PC or smartphone. (You can also use the keyboard and mouse.)
