About This Product

■ OverviewThe LB precision positioning table is a long-stroke type positioning table capable of high-speed movement, employing a highly durable, high-tensile steel cord timing belt in the slide table's feed mechanism and a high-torque 5-phase stepping motor for the drive.

The slide table and bed are made of high-strength aluminum alloy for lightweight construction. Furthermore, two IKO linear ways are incorporated in parallel into the linear motion guide equipment, achieving stable and high-performance movement. The LB precision positioning table is ideal as a positioning mechanism for assembly machines, conveyors, pallet changers, and other applications requiring high-speed operation.

■ High-speed movement of 1,500 mm/s possibleThe combination of a high-tensile steel cord timing belt and a high-torque 5-phase stepping motor enables high-speed movement of up to 1,500 mm/s.

■ Lightweight and long-strokeLightweight design achieved by using a high-strength aluminum alloy slide table and bed. Stroke lengths are available in series up to a maximum of 1,200 mm.

■Stable and High Driving PerformanceBy incorporating two linear ways in parallel into the linear motion guide equipment, stable and high driving performance is achieved.
