About This Product

■ Overview

SK…W is an infinite rotation stage employing a worm gear mechanism. By using IKO cross roller bearings in the rotation guide section and directly integrating them with the table, it achieves high-precision rotational runout, high rigidity, and a low cross-section. Product Features

■ High Precision

By incorporating IKO cross roller bearings in the rotation guide section, the runout of the table surface is achieved to 5 μm or less.

■ Low Cross-Section, High Rigidity

The rotation guide section employs IKO cross roller bearings that exhibit high rigidity in all directions. Furthermore, a low cross-section is achieved by directly integrating the cross roller bearings with the table.

■ Reduced Design Man-Hours

The table can be directly fitted with the table of the device or the object to be inspected. This reduces the effort required to design the rotary table from scratch using mechanical components.

■ Sensor Specifications

SK…W comes standard with a home position sensor (Omron Corporation E2S-W13B 1M). There are no precision specifications for the positional relationship between the home position sensor and the table mounting hole; therefore, for fine adjustment of the home position, please use the offset adjustment function of the higher-level controller. In the version with a limit sensor, a limit sensor (Omron Corporation E2S-W14 1M) and a top table are added. The limit sensor dog is adjustable in position. The operating range of up to 320 degrees can be set to any position.
