About This Product

■ Overview

The Alignment Table AT is a rotational positioning mechanism designed for precise angle correction, utilizing a high-rigidity steel table and bed, and incorporating IKO cross roller bearings in the table's supporting bearings. The Alignment Table AT converts linear motion driven by a ball screw into circular motion within a certain angular range, positioning the table in the rotational direction. IKO Linear Way L is used as the linear guide device for the ball screw drive mechanism, achieving high-precision positioning in combination with the precision ball screw. The Alignment Table AT can be installed on the slide table of an IKO precision positioning table, forming a low-height XY-θ multi-axis positioning mechanism, allowing it to be used as an alignment table for precision measuring instruments, inspection machines, and assembly machines. ■ Low-profile design with high rigidity

The adoption of cross roller bearings, which exhibit high rigidity against loads in all directions, achieves a low-profile design and high rigidity.

■ High repeatability positioning accuracy

The rotator, which converts linear motion into circular motion, is precisely guided by the combination of Linear Way L and a precision ball screw, achieving high repeatability positioning accuracy of ±1 second.

■Three Sizes Available in Series

The series offers three table diameters: 120mm, 200mm, and 300mm. You can choose the size that best suits your application. Both AC servo motors and stepping motors are available for the drive mechanism.

■AT Alignment Table Drive Mechanism

The AT is driven by a ball screw that moves a rotator, connected to the outer periphery of the table, in a linear direction. To adjust the distance L from the table center and the angle, which change as the rotator moves, the rotator incorporates a linear and rotational motion mechanism that follows the table angle. Therefore, even if the rotator is moved at a constant pitch, the table's rotation angle will vary depending on its position, and the rotation speed will not be constant even if moved at a constant speed.
