About This Product

■OverviewThe IKO Linear Motor Table LT is a compact, high-precision positioning table that incorporates an AC linear servo motor between an aluminum alloy movable table and bed, and has a built-in optical linear encoder. Three series are available: the compact LT...CE series, the long-stroke LT...LD series, and the high-thrust LT...H series, allowing you to choose the series that best suits your application.

The Linear Motor Table LT enables high acceleration/deceleration and highly responsive operation thanks to its lightweight movable table and high thrust. Furthermore, advanced servo technology ensures high static stability and speed stability. The Linear Motor Table LT is ideal for applications such as semiconductor and LCD-related equipment, and measuring instruments, assembly machines, and conveying machines that require high-speed operation.
