About This Product

■ Overview

The IKO Precision Lifting Table TZ is a lifting table that uses a wedge mechanism to perform precise vertical positioning. By utilizing the technology of the IKO Linear Way, which has a proven track record in various industrial machines, the wedge mechanism achieves high precision and rigidity in a compact size. It is ideal for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment and optical equipment that require high precision. Product Features

■ High Precision and High Rigidity

Two C-Lube Linear Roller Way Super X roller-type linear guides are arranged in parallel in the guide section of the wedge mechanism, achieving high-precision positioning and a higher level of rigidity.

■ High Positioning Accuracy

Full closed-loop control using a linear encoder further enhances positioning accuracy.

■ Maintenance-Free

Lubrication components C-Lube are built into the linear guides and ball screws, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.

■ Two Reduction Ratios Available in Series

Two wedge reduction ratios, 1:2 and 1:4, are available in the series. Stroke length and resolution can be selected according to the application. Vertical positioning with a maximum stroke of 24mm is also possible.

■Standard Sensor Equipment

Limit sensors, origin and pre-origin sensors are included as standard. The sensors are compactly built into the main unit, making integration into machinery and equipment easy.
