About This Product

■Overview

The IKO Nano Linear NT is a moving magnet type linear motor table with a steel movable table section containing magnets and a scale for an optical linear encoder, and a steel bed with a stator coil and a linear encoder head. The table guide uses the IKO Linear Way, a well-established product in the field of small linear motion guides, and achieves high-precision positioning through the combination of a linear motor and a high-resolution linear encoder. The use of high-performance neodymium magnets provides significant thrust, enabling high-speed and high-response positioning despite its extremely small size. Furthermore, the innovative cable-free drive system ensures high cleanliness as the only mechanical contact point is the linear motion guide. The Nano Linear NT is ideal as a compact positioning mechanism for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment, inspection equipment requiring clean environments, and electronic component assembly equipment. ■Linear Motor Driven Pick & Place Unit

An ultra-thin pick & place unit with a unique linear motor drive structure. Equipped with a linear encoder in an XZ 2-axis configuration, it achieves precise and high-cycle positioning.

■ Ultra-thin and Space-saving

With an ultra-thin design of just 18mm thickness, four units can be installed side-by-side in a 100mm wide space, contributing to increased efficiency through space-saving configuration.

■ Flexible Operation Patterns

By inputting a positioning program, a completely flexible operation pattern is possible. Stroke changes to match the workpiece can be easily accommodated.

■ Operation Monitoring Function

Trajectory verification can be performed on a PC using the driver's monitoring function.

■ Motion Network Compatible

Drivers compatible with motion networks such as EtherCAT, SSCNETⅢ/H, MECHATROLINK, and RTEX are also available, enabling the construction of more advanced systems with reduced wiring.
