■ Advanced Linear Motor Table with Ultimate Compactness

The IKO Nano Linear NT...V is a compact linear motor table with excellent functional beauty, featuring a steel movable table section with magnets and a scale for an optical linear encoder, and a steel bed with a stator coil and linear encoder head. The table's guide section achieves high-precision positioning through a combination of IKO linear ways and a linear motor, a combination well-established in the field of small linear motion guide equipment. The movable element utilizes high-performance neodymium magnets, providing significant thrust despite its extremely small size, enabling high-speed and high-response positioning. Furthermore, since the only mechanical contact point is the linear way, a high level of cleanliness is achieved. The Nano Linear NT is ideal as a compact positioning mechanism for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment, inspection equipment requiring clean environments, and electronic component assembly equipment.

■ Motion Network Compatible

Drivers compatible with motion networks such as EtherCAT, SSCNETⅢ/H, MECHATROLINK, and RTEX are also available, enabling the construction of more advanced systems with reduced wiring.
