About This Product

■ Overview

The IKO Nano Linear NT is a high-thrust linear motor-driven pick-and-place unit that compactly integrates the X and Z axes using the IKOC Lubricated Nearway L in the table guide section. By employing a system that drives the movable table using a link mechanism, it achieves both high thrust from the linear motor and lightweight moving parts, resulting in reduced cycle time. By inputting a positioning program, flexible operation patterns are possible, and stroke changes can be easily adapted to suit the workpiece. The IKO Nano Linear NT is ideal as a compact positioning mechanism for semiconductor and LCD-related manufacturing equipment, inspection equipment requiring clean environments, and electronic component assembly equipment. ■ Linear Motor-Driven Pick-and-Place Unit

A high-thrust pick-and-place unit with a unique structure driven by a linear motor. The X and Z axes, equipped with linear encoders, are compactly integrated, achieving high thrust and fast cycle time positioning.

■ High Thrust & High Cycle Time

By arranging the X and Z axis motors on a plane and employing a linkage mechanism to drive the movable table, this system achieves both high thrust from linear motors and lightweight moving parts, resulting in a significant reduction in cycle time.

■ High Resolution & High Response

Equipped with optical linear encoders on both axes and using full closed-loop control, high resolution and high response are achieved.

■ Air Cooling

The structure concentrates the heat-generating coils in the stator, making cooling and heat dissipation to the mounting base easy. Further reductions in cycle time are possible by specifying the air cooling option.

■ Cableless Moving Parts

Despite being a multi-axis unit, it employs a moving magnet system with no cables in the moving parts, resulting in easy wiring and a high level of cleanliness.

■ Operation Monitoring Function

The driver's monitoring function allows for trajectory verification on a PC.
