The IKO High-Precision Positioning Table TX is a positioning table that achieves extremely high precision through full closed-loop control. It is based on the IKO Precision Positioning Table LH, which has a proven track record of high precision and rigidity, and incorporates the IKO Linear Roller Way Super X, which uses cylindrical rollers as rolling elements and boasts the highest level of running performance among linear motion guides. It is ideal for positioning applications requiring high precision where rolling guides could not be used before.

The High-Precision Positioning Table TX is based on the Precision Positioning Table LH, which has a proven track record in the field of high-precision and high-rigidity stages, and incorporates the ultimate rolling guide, C-Lube Linear Roller Way Super X. By thoroughly pursuing precision in each part, it achieves positioning accuracy approaching that of air stages.

■ Long-Term Maintenance-Free

The linear motion guide and ball screws have built-in lubrication components C-Lube, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. This reduces lubrication man-hours and improves the reliability of the machine.

■ Long-Term Maintenance-Free Operation through Built-in Lubrication Components C-Lube

The lubricating oil for the linear motion guide is supplied directly to the rolling elements, not to the track rail. When a rolling element contacts the capillary lubricant built into the rolling element circulation path of the slide unit, lubricating oil is supplied to the rolling element surface and transported to the load area by the circulation of the rolling element. As a result, the optimal amount of oil is always ensured in the load area, maintaining lubrication performance over a long period of time. The surface of the capillary lubricant is always covered with lubricating oil. When a rolling element contacts the surface of the capillary lubricant, surface tension ensures that lubricating oil is continuously supplied to the rolling element surface. Fresh lubricating oil is constantly supplied to the surface of the capillary lubricant that the rolling element contacts from other parts. Ultimate Positioning Performance

■High Positioning Accuracy and Resolution through the Installation of an Ultra-High Precision Linear Encoder

By directly feeding back position information from an ultra-high precision linear encoder with a resolution of 0.016 μm, a fully closed-loop control system is configured, guaranteeing high positioning accuracy throughout the entire stroke.
