About This Product

■ Overview

The IKO Precision Positioning Table L is a lightweight, long-stroke positioning table composed of a high-strength aluminum alloy slide table and bed. By incorporating two sets of IKO linear ways in parallel and using precision ball screws in the feed mechanism, it achieves high accuracy and a large load capacity. Furthermore, by attaching C-Lube, maintenance such as greasing can be significantly reduced. A wide variety of table sizes and stroke lengths are available, and dedicated XY brackets are also available in a series, allowing for easy configuration of systems such as orthogonal robots to suit various applications. The Precision Positioning Table L is ideal as a high-precision positioning mechanism for assembly machines, processing machines, measuring instruments, and more. Product Features

■ Easy Multi-Axis Configuration with Wide Variation

The IKO Precision Positioning Table L is a lightweight, long-stroke positioning table composed of a high-strength aluminum alloy slide table and bed. By incorporating IKO C-Lube linear ways and C-Lube ball screws, which provide 5 years or 20,000 km of maintenance-free operation, into the table interior and feed mechanism, maintenance-free operation is achieved while maintaining conventional performance. With a wide variety of table sizes and stroke lengths available, and a series of dedicated XY brackets, it's easy to configure systems such as orthogonal robots to suit your specific application.
