About This Product

■ Overview

The IKO Precision Positioning Table TS/CT is a compact positioning table that combines a highly rigid, vibration-damping cast iron slide table and bed with the IKO Cross Roller Way, a proven system in the field of precision linear motion guides, and uses a precision ball screw for the feed mechanism. The IKO Precision Positioning Table TS/CT comes in single-axis and dual-axis versions and is widely used in fields requiring high-precision positioning, such as precision measuring instruments and precision assembly machines. ■ Low Cross-Section Height and Compact Design

Optimal design using a Cross Roller Way or Miniature Linear Way for linear motion guides, and a low cross-sectional height achieved even in the dual-axis version through the adoption of a three-layer structure.

■ High-Precision Positioning

By grinding the cast iron slide table and bed and incorporating carefully selected high-precision components, high running accuracy and high-precision positioning accuracy of 5 μm are achieved.

■ Compact Design Utilizing the Slide Table Area

The slide table area is large relative to the stroke length, making it suitable for applications where direct work is performed on the table surface.

■ Built-in mechanism to prevent cage displacement

Equipped with an IKO rack and pinion-integrated cross rollerway to prevent cage displacement, it can be used safely even in vertical shaft applications and high-acceleration/deceleration motions.
