About This Product

■ Overview

The IKO Micro Precision Positioning Table™ is an extremely compact precision positioning table that incorporates the IKO Micro Linear Way L, with a track rail width of 2 mm and a precision-ground ball screw with a screw diameter of 2 mm, both of which have a proven track record in the field of ultra-compact equipment.

■ Product Features

The components used in the IKO Micro Precision Positioning Table™, such as the Micro Linear Way L and ball screw, are made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It is ideal not only for the needs of miniaturization and space saving in various mechanical devices, but also for positioning tables that require even higher precision than conventional small positioning tables. The ground ball screw drive achieves an extremely small size with a cross-sectional height of 20 mm and a width of 17 mm. The table guide uses the IKO Micro Linear Way L with a rail width of 2 mm, and the feed mechanism employs a miniature ball screw with a screw diameter of 2 mm. Screw lead lengths of 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.5 mm are selectable. This grinding ball screw drive achieves an unparalleled cross-sectional height while providing smooth, stable sliding and travel accuracy, low backlash, and high-precision positioning with excellent tracking.

■ Long Table with Strong Moment Resistance

Two types of slide table shapes are available: a standard table and a long table. The long table incorporates two sets of micro linear way L units, each equipped with two slide units, in parallel, resulting in a structure that is strong against moments and combined loads.

■ AC Servo Motor and Stepping Motor Options

Both AC servo motors and stepping motors are available, allowing selection according to the application.

■ Optional Built-in Ultra-Compact Sensors

Without changing the external dimensions, you can specify the incorporation of origin, pre-origin, CW, and CCW sensors.
