The IKO Clean Precision Positioning Table TC...E is an ideal positioning table for use in environments requiring high cleanliness, such as semiconductor and LCD manufacturing equipment. Its unique high-airtight structure seals the drive unit and slide table guide, preventing dust generation around the table. The IKO Clean Precision Positioning Table TC...E achieves cleanliness class 3 through its enhanced internal sealing structure.

■ Product Features

Based on the lightweight, low-profile, and compact precision positioning table TE, the Clean Precision Positioning Table TC...E features a stainless steel sheet and side cover for enhanced internal sealing, achieving cleanliness class 3 compliance. A precision ball screw is used in the feed mechanism, enabling highly accurate positioning. Furthermore, the integrated linear guide unit and ball screw incorporate C-lube lubrication components, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.

■ Cleanliness Class 3 Compliant

The corrosion-resistant stainless steel sheet and side cover seal the drive unit and slide table guide. It achieves cleanliness class 3 according to the IKO measurement method.

■ Lightweight, Low Profile, and Compact Size

This positioning table is lightweight and compact, utilizing high-strength aluminum alloy for its main components. Optimal design of the linear guide and ball screw achieves a low profile of 54mm for the TC60E and 67mm for the TC86E. Furthermore, various sensors are mounted in sensor mounting grooves on the side cover, contributing to space savings.

■ High-Precision Positioning

IKO's unique linear guide technology combined with precision ball screws achieves a higher level of high-precision positioning.

■ High Corrosion Resistance

The main components are made of anodized high-strength aluminum alloy and stainless steel (stainless steel sheet), providing excellent corrosion resistance.

■ Long-Term Maintenance-Free

The linear guide and ball screw incorporate C-lube lubrication components, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. This reduces lubrication time and improves the reliability of the machine.
