About This Product
A standard model of a diamond, ricks, carbon, carbon, which is close to the character of diamonds (micro bicker stiffness 2,000-4,000), low friction coefficient (μ = 0.2 or less), surface smoothness, lolf resistance and separation.
Principles and structures
This device decomposes the C6H6 (benzene) in a plasma by a special ion source in a vacuum, producing a diamond -like carbon membrane. By controlling the plasma area by the multi -ion source and the substrate rotation mechanism, it is possible to coat a uniform and close cohesion for complex shapes.
