About This Product

■Features

・A soft, cushioned adhesive lint roller. ・The film is embossed to provide cushioning. ・The large contact area delivers dramatically higher cleaning performance. ・A plastic core is used to prevent dust generation. ・Perforations allow sheets to be torn off by hand. ・Gamma-ray sterilization is also available on request.

■Applications

・For cleaning floors and tables inside cleanrooms. ・For removing debris from cleanroom garments and work clothes before entry. ・For cleaning slightly curved or flattened areas. ・When antistatic performance is required, use TW-ACR.

■A High-Efficiency Lint Roller That Cleans Cleanrooms in One Pass

Ordinary roll-on lint rollers generate dust and are therefore not used inside cleanrooms. Cleanroom-dedicated products are used instead. This product applies a textured (embossed) finish to a thick film to give it cushioning. To add further softness, it is wound as a soft, thick roll with an outer diameter of 80 to 90mm. Unlike conventional products, the roller therefore has a large contact area during cleaning, dramatically improving cleaning efficiency. The center core is also made of plastic, preventing dust generation. Gamma-ray sterilization is available on request, so cleaning work can be performed inside cleanrooms with confidence. *If antistatic performance is required, use the antistatic roller (TW-ACR).

■Cushion Cleaning Roller for Cleanrooms (TW-CCR)

・A cushioned adhesive lint roller. ・The textured thick film provides the cushioning effect. ・Wound as a soft, thick roll with an outer diameter of 80mm for an exceptionally soft feel. ・Resin film plus a resin core tube means no paper dust is generated. ・Perforations allow sheets to be torn off by hand. ・The white film makes collected debris easy to check. ・Outstanding debris removal makes it ideal for cleaning floors and tables. *Gamma-ray sterilization is available separately upon request. *If antistatic performance is required, use an antistatic roller.
