About This Product

■Features

・It uses a silicone adhesive and withstands heat up to approximately 220°C. ・It conforms to the UL-510FR flame retardancy standard. ・It conforms to the UL-E230272 insulation standard. ・It uses a cleanroom-compatible resin core and generates no dust. ・It uses an adhesive that prevents residue, making it suitable for temporary fixing. ・High strength and tear resistance, with excellent chemical resistance as well.

■Applications

・Heat-resistant masking tape for use inside a cleanroom. ・As an insulating and temporary fixing tape for use at high temperatures. ・For solder masking of printed circuit boards. ・For work processes requiring chemical resistance.

■A Clean Polyimide Adhesive Tape with Excellent High-Temperature and Insulation Performance

Ordinary polyimide tapes (Kapton) and the like, which generate dust, are not brought into cleanrooms. When using such tape in a cleanroom, use this "Clean Polyimide Tape." This product uses a cleanroom resin core, suppressing dust generation inside the cleanroom. The adhesive tape backing is "polyimide," and the adhesive is a silicone type. With high-temperature resistance of approximately 220°C (continuous) and no adhesive residue, it can also be used for high-temperature masking and temporary fixing. It also offers excellent insulation (conforming to the UL-E230272 standard) and excellent flame retardancy. A polyimide tape with excellent heat resistance and insulation that you can use in a cleanroom with confidence. *If static countermeasures are required, please use ESD antistatic polyimide tape.

■Insulating Clean Polyimide Adhesive Tape TW-KPT

・High strength with good tear resistance, and excellent chemical resistance as well. ・High flame retardancy, conforming to the UL-510FR standard. ・High insulation performance, conforming to the UL-E230272 standard. ・It uses a silicone adhesive for excellent heat resistance (approximately 220°C) . ・The cleanroom-compatible plastic core produces no paper dust. ・It uses an adhesive that leaves little residue. If static countermeasures are required, use antistatic heat-resistant tape
