About This Product

■Features

・Moderate tack removes debris and dust from rubber rollers. ・No silicone components are used, not even in the release sheet. ・The white adhesive cleaning sheet allows dirt to be checked visually. ・A resin film and base plate prevent dust generation.

■Applications

・Cleaning debris adhering to rubber cleaning rollers. ・Cleaning the underside of products and parts. ・As an adhesive-backed PE film sheet that can be applied in place ・When silicone and siloxane contamination must be prevented.

■For Removing Debris Adhering to Rubber Cleaning Rollers

Silicone-free adhesive rubber rollers are used to clean substrates, dry resist films and similar items. Although adhesive rubber rollers can be used repeatedly, debris on the roller surface must be removed, and the silicone-free "Silicone-Free Adhesive Debris Transfer Sheet" is used to transfer and remove it. With this product, simply rolling the rubber roller over the sheet cleans the roller surface. When the tack of the adhesive sheet drops because of collected debris, peel off one film layer to expose a fresh surface. Because a white film is used, collected debris and dirt are easy to check. The base plate is also made of resin, enabling silicone-free work to be carried out inside cleanrooms with confidence.

■Silicone-Free Debris Transfer Sheet

・Used together with a silicone-free rubber roller to achieve a fully silicone-free process. ・No silicone is used on the release surface or anywhere in the product. ・The white film allows removed debris to be checked. ・Cleaning is complete simply by rolling the rubber roller over the sheet.
