About This Product

■Features

・The antistatic adhesive and conductive PET mean it does not build up a charge. ・No separation charging occurs when the tape is peeled off. ・The ESD static countermeasure mark makes it easy to distinguish from ordinary products. ・Its surface resistance of 109 (Ω) or less is outstanding. ・Compared with cellophane tape and the like, it has superior strength and heat resistance. ・Double-packed inside a cleanroom (clean pack) .

■Applications

・As an adhesive tape for use inside a cleanroom. ・Usable in electronic component work where static electricity is unwelcome / ESD countermeasures possible. ・As tape for use on conductive bags and materials. ・The static countermeasure mark enables thorough quality control. ・When you do not want surrounding powder or dust attracted to the tape. ・As an adhesive tape that produces no separation charging.

■Cleanroom-Compatible Conductive PET Adhesive Tape (Clean-Packed)

Inside a cleanroom, ordinary products without static countermeasures are not used because they attract dirt and dust. When bringing adhesive tape into a cleanroom, use this "cleanroom conductive adhesive tape." This product uses a resin core and a conductive PET film. And because the surface of the conductive tape carries the ESD countermeasure mark (the mark for conductive materials) , it is clearly distinguishable from ordinary products and can be used inside a cleanroom with confidence. This product uses an antistatic adhesive, so no separation charging occurs when the tape is peeled off. In other words, it can be used even in electronic equipment work where ESD static countermeasures are definitely required. Tape carrying the grid-pattern static countermeasure mark makes thorough quality control possible.

■Cleanroom Conductive PET Tape TW-CPT

・Prevents static charge from building up on the tape surface. ・Because it uses an antistatic adhesive, it also prevents separation charging when peeled off. ・Compared with cellophane tape and the like, it has superior strength and heat resistance. ・It carries the ESD antistatic mark, making it easy to distinguish from ordinary products. ・It has been clean-packed in double packaging inside a cleanroom. ・You can use it with confidence for static control and in cleanrooms.
