About This Product

■Features

・A three-layer polyolefin film prevents chemical leaching. ・The film stretches well and fits every kind of surface. ・It can be torn by hand, so no blade is needed. ・A tape with moderate tack that leaves little adhesive residue. ・The plastic core generates no paper dust. ・Each roll is individually double clean-packed.

■Applications

・As an adhesive tape to keep on hand inside a cleanroom. ・For every kind of application, since it does not release chemicals or dust. ・As a temporary fixing tape that leaves little adhesive residue. ・As an adhesive tape where conformability and stretch are required.

■An Adhesive Tape That Is Clean in Every Respect: Chemical Leaching, Dust, and Adhesive Residue

Ordinary adhesive tapes, which generate paper dust, are not brought into cleanrooms. When using tape in a cleanroom, use this "Super Clean Tape." This product uses a "resin core" and a "polyolefin film" to suppress dust generation. The adhesive tape backing, "polyolefin film," is a three-layer coextruded film. It offers excellent stretch and conformability and also prevents chemicals from leaching out of the film material. Furthermore, because each roll is individually dust-free clean-packed (double packaging) , opening the outer bag leaves a clean inner bag, so it can be stored in the cleanroom still in its bag. A super clean tape that minimizes the "dust" and "chemical leaching" that adversely affect products. Keep it on hand inside the cleanroom and use it with confidence.
