About This Product

■Features

・With an antistatic adhesive and antistatic PET, it does not build up a charge. ・It also prevents the separation charging that occurs when the tape is peeled off. ・The tape is a light gray color, making it easy to distinguish from ordinary products. ・Its surface resistance of 108 to 109 (Ω) is outstanding. ・Compared with cellophane tape and the like, it has superior strength and heat resistance. ・The plastic core generates no paper dust. ・You can specify the tape width freely. (Up to 500 mm wide)

■Applications

・As an adhesive tape for use inside a cleanroom. ・Enables ESD countermeasures in electronic component work where static electricity is unwelcome. ・Apply it over label seals such as Tepra labels for static protection. ・As tape for use on conductive bags and materials. ・When you do not want surrounding powder or dust attracted to the tape. ・As an adhesive tape that produces no separation charging when peeled off.

■Cleanroom Antistatic PET Tape (Transparent)

Because they gather dirt and dust, products without static countermeasures are not brought into cleanrooms. When using transparent tape in a cleanroom, use this product, "Clean Antistatic Transparent Tape." This product uses a plastic core and an antistatic transparent PET film. Because the tape is transparent (light gray) , text remains visible even when it is applied over Tepra labels or barcodes. And the light gray color makes it clearly distinguishable from ordinary products, enabling thorough quality control. This product also uses an antistatic adhesive, so no separation charging occurs when the tape is peeled off. You can use it with confidence in cleanroom environments where ESD static countermeasures are definitely required.

■Cleanroom Antistatic Transparent PET Tape MK-APT

・The antistatic adhesive plus antistatic PET mean it does not build up a charge. ・Text remains readable even when it is applied over seal labels such as Tepra labels. ・It prevents the static electricity (separation charging) that occurs when the tape is peeled off. ・It uses a resin core, so no paper dust is generated. ・Its light gray color makes it easy to distinguish from ordinary products. ・The tape width can be freely specified from 3 to 500 mm. (50 m rolls)
