About This Product

■Features

・It uses a silicone adhesive. Excellent heat resistance (approximately 220°C) . ・It uses a cleanroom-compatible resin core and generates no dust. ・It suppresses static charge building up on the tape surface. ・It uses an adhesive that minimizes residue, making it suitable for temporary fixing. ・Strong against tearing (high strength) and excellent in chemical resistance.

■Applications

・Heat-resistant masking tape for use inside a cleanroom. ・As a temporary fixing tape for use at high temperatures. ・Masking of assembled printed circuit boards requiring ESD static countermeasures. ・Usable as a tough tape for high-temperature use. ・For high-temperature powder coating.

■A Clean Polyimide Adhesive Tape with Excellent High-Temperature Resistance and Antistatic Performance

Ordinary polyimide (Kapton) adhesive tapes and the like, which generate dust, are not brought into cleanrooms. When using such tape in a cleanroom, use this "Antistatic Clean Polyimide Tape." This product uses a "resin core," suppressing dust inside the cleanroom. The adhesive tape backing is "polyimide," and the adhesive is a silicone adhesive. With high-temperature resistance of approximately 220°C and no adhesive residue, it is used for high-temperature heat-resistant masking and temporary fixing. No static charge builds up on the tape surface, so electronic components touching it are protected from static discharge damage. A polyimide tape that minimizes the dust, static electricity, and adhesive residue that adversely affect products.

■Antistatic Polyimide Adhesive Tape TW-APT

・It uses a silicone adhesive and delivers heat resistance of approximately 220°C. ・It minimizes adhesive residue when the tape is peeled off. ・Static electricity does not readily accumulate on the tape surface, which is reassuring for electronic components. ・It uses a cleanroom-compatible core and generates no paper dust. ・The tape width can be specified freely.
