About This Product

■ Overview The PVC4000 Series is a vacuum transduca designed for highly effective OEM integration. It is composed of MEMS thermal conduction sensor (piranisenser), measuring electronic devices, and microcessors, and is packaged into ultra -small PCB assembly. The sensor element is based on the posifa posched MEMS thermal conduction chips, which operates under the principle that gas thermal conductivity is proportional to vacant pressure. Electronic devices and microcesses are digitized to amplify the sensor signal and provide output via the I2C interface. Since the heat conductivity of the vacuum varies depending on the peripheral temperature, the input is obtained from the internal temperature sensor and the temperature compensation algorithm is implemented in the microcessor. In order to prevent the drift of signals due to self -fever in sensor chips, microcessors include a pulse excitation method that heats sensor tips for about 100 milliseconds and then turns off for one second. The output from PVC4000 is not calibrated. As an option, PVC4000 users can choose to enter up to 10 pairs of calibration points into the micro processor via the I2C interface. The embedded category algorithm provides calibrated output using this data. To make the integration easier, PVC4000 contains a wire harness with a connector terminal attached to the PCB assembly. ■ Use ・ Leakage detection in a closed system maintained in primary vacuum, such as a vacuum insulating panel ・ Portable digital true meter ■ Characteristics ・ Range: 0.001 to 760 TORR (0.13 to 101K PA) ・ Fast response time <1.2 s ・ Low power consumption of battery -driven equipment ・ Temperature security ・ Pulse sensor excitation to prevent signal drift in high vacuum ・ I2C interface (optional) for storing the division linear algorithm and calibration data ・ Resistant to pollution
