About This Product
■ Overview
The GEN II Mass Flow Sensor PMF86000 series is designed for respiratory care and other medical devices and measuring equipment. Compared to the previous generation solutions, the PMF86000 series has improved accuracy, reproducibility, and S/N performance.
The PMF86000 series is equipped with a 3rd generation thermal flow dioe of Poshiifa, which makes full use of the latest fine processing technology. The entire substrate of the sensor is coated in Parelene, including the sensor dattle, and realizes highly reliable sensors such as high humidity and small corrosion gas. The PMF86000 series adopts a single main flowpass design, eliminating the risk of bypass clogging of water condensation and dust.
The PMF88000 sensor has analog (voltage) output and digital I2C output, and supports two -way flow rate measurement.

Flowrate calculation = [(output voltage --0.5 v) / 4 v] X float on full scale
Example) PMF86200's full scale flow rate is 200 SLM. If the output voltage is 3.5 V, the flow rate is: [(3.5 V -0.5 V) /4V x 200 SLM] = 150 SLM
・ For PMF86000 Digital output
Flowrate calculation = [(count -6,553) / 52,428] X full scale fluorate
Example) PMF86200's full scale flow rate is 200 SLM. When the digital output indicates 10,000, the flow rate is: [(10,000-6,553) /52,428 x 200 SLM] = 13.15 SLM
