About This Product

■ Overview The POSIFA MEMS Thermopile Vacuum Sensor's PVC3000 series has a leap to the vacuum sensor by providing effective ranges from less than 1 millitle (0.13 passcar) to the atmosphere (760 toral or 101K Pascal). In contrast, the upper limit of the Pirani vacuum sensor is 30 tu. The Piezo resistance pressure sensor cannot measure the vacuum of less than 10 tons. The expensive capacity -capacity pressure sensor has a limit of the lower limit to 0.1 tons. Therefore, PVC3000 can work with two sensors. For example, piranisensa or piezo resistance pressure sensor/electrostatic pressure sensor. In addition, the PVC3000 can respond to a low consumer capacity of 45MW (standard), and a super high -speed response of 2 millis seconds or less. Using pulse excitation can further reduce power consumption. For example, 10Hz excitation can reduce electricity to 5MW or less. The PVC3000 can be used in a differential configuration to expose one sensor to a vacuum (measurement) and expose another sensor to the atmosphere (standard). Such configurations can eliminate automatic internal temperature correction and other environmental factors that cause sensor drift, achieving excellent reproducibility and long -term stability. The PVC3000 uses POSIFA's second genre thermal conductivity sensor (PTCD20), and operates under the principle that gas thermal conductivity is proportional to its vacuum pressure.
