Linear output and temperature compensation for medical devices mass airflop Sensor PMF5000
All Device Co., Ltd.
About This Product
■ Overview
Posifa has designed a mass airflop 5000 series specialized in portable medical devices. High -speed and accurate, accurate gas can be supplied in pulse mode. The footprint of the sensor is small and fits well in a limited space. The direction of the flow path (positive or backflow) can be customized according to the existing system layout.
The PMF5000 is equipped with a 3rd generation thermal flow dai of Poshiifa, which makes full use of the latest fine -tuning technology. Using a pair of thermopils, it detects changes in the temperature gradient due to massflow, achieving excellent signals and noise ratio and repeatability. Since the sensual dwarf's heat -related structure is the "solid state", there is no need for surface cavity or vulnerable film used in competitors, and the sensor is resistant to clogging and pressure impact.
The PMF5000 series has an analog output PMF5000V and a digital I2C output PMF5000D. The PMF5000 series is a product that is often used in FAA authentication, FDA authentication, and CE certification medical devices.
■ Features
・ "Solid State" airsing core that is resistant to clogging and pressure impact
・ High accuracy (read rate 4% Typ.)
・ High -speed response (5ms Typ.)
・ Linear output and temperature compensation
・ Long -term stability that minimizes zero drift
・ Push to Connect Fitting
・ Analog or digital I2C output
■ Linear output
・ For PMF5000V
Flowrate calculation = [(output voltage -1 v) / 4 v] x fluorate on full scale
Example) PMF5006V's full scale flow rate is 15 SLM. If the output voltage is 3 V, the flow rate is: [(3 v -1 v) /4V x 15 slm] = 7.5 SLM
・ For PMF5000D
Flowrate calculation = [(count -256) / 15868] X full scale fluorate
Example) PMF5006V's full scale flow rate is 15 SLM. When the digital output shows 10,000, the flow rate is: [(10,000-256) /15,868 x 15 SLM] = 9.21 SLM
