About This Product

■ Overview Posifa has designed a mass airflop 5000 series specialized in portable medical devices. High -speed and accurate, accurate gas can be supplied in pulse mode. The footprint of the sensor is small and fits well in a limited space. The direction of the flow path (positive or backflow) can be customized according to the existing system layout. The PMF5000 is equipped with a 3rd generation thermal flow dai of Poshiifa, which makes full use of the latest fine -tuning technology. Using a pair of thermopils, it detects changes in the temperature gradient due to massflow, achieving excellent signals and noise ratio and repeatability. If the output voltage is 3 V, the flow rate is: [(3 v -1 v) /4V x 15 slm] = 7.5 SLM ・ For PMF5000D Flowrate calculation = [(count -256) / 15868] X full scale fluorate Example) PMF5006V's full scale flow rate is 15 SLM. When the digital output shows 10,000, the flow rate is: [(10,000-256) /15,868 x 15 SLM] = 9.21 SLM
