Flowrate calculation = [(output voltage --0.5 v) / 4 v] X float on full scale
Example) PMF83050's full scale flow rate is 50 SLM. If the output voltage is 3.5 V, the flow rate is: [(3.5 V -0.5 V) /4V x 50 SLM] = 37.5 SLM
・ FOR PMF83000 Digital output
Flowrate calculation = [(count -6,553) / 52,428] X full scale fluorate
Example) PMF83050's full scale flow rate is 50 SLM. When the digital output indicates 10,000, the flow rate is: [(10,000-6,553) /52,428 x 50 SLM] = 3.28 SLM
