About This Product
■ Overview
The PMF6000 was specially developed to use it for bypass assembly by customers who wish to design their own flowboard and restory. By using the Poshiifa lineared factory calibration, customers can minimize additional corrections in the manufacturing process and create a master calibration curve unique to custom -bypass design. The compact package protects the internal flow dies and provides standardized packages for manifold mounts.
The PMF6000 is equipped with Posifa's 3rd generation thermal flowadai and benefits the latest technological innovation. Using a pair of thermopils, it detects changes in the temperature gradient due to mass flow, achieving excellent signals and noise ratios and reproducibility. Since the sensor of the sensor dattle is the "solid state", the surface cavity used in competitors and the vulnerable film are unnecessary, making it a sensor that is resistant to clogging and pressure impact.
The PMF6000 series includes PMF6000V for analog output and PMF6000D for digital I2C output.

Example) The full scale flow rate of PMF6102V is 000 SCCM. If the output voltage is 3V, the flow rate is: [(3 V -1 v) /4V x 1,000 SCCM] = 500 SCCM

Flowrate calculation = [(count -256) / 15,868] X full scale fluorate
Example) The full scale rate of PMF6102D is 1,000 SCCM. When the digital output indicates 10,000, the flow rate is: [(10,000-256) /15,868 x 1,000 SCCM] = 614 SCCM
