■Development background and main features
Tabletop scanning electron microscopes are being used in a variety of fields, mainly electrical equipment/electronics, automobiles/machinery, and chemicals/pharmaceuticals. They are used not only in research and development, but also in jobs that are close to manufacturing sites, such as quality control and article inspection, and in recent years there has been a demand for further improvements in work efficiency, ease of operation, and enhanced analysis and measurement performance.
In response to these needs, the JCM-7000 NeoScope™ was developed as a tabletop scanning electron microscope (tabletop SEM) with the concept that "anyone can operate SEM/EDS."
"Zeromag" allows you to observe a SEM image by enlarging the optical image, "Live Analysis" allows you to see the elements in the field of view without starting up the analyzer, and "Live 3D" allows you to perform three-dimensional observation during SEM observation. Equipped with functions such as. If you place one next to your optical microscope, you can perform foreign matter analysis and quality control faster and in more detail.

Screening analysis during observation with Live Analysis. Instantly check the distribution of main elements with Live Map. Live 3D is a function that displays SEM images and 3D images on two screens in Live. Depth information can be obtained at the same time as determining the shape.
■SMILE VIEW™ Lab
SMILE VIEW™ Lab can centrally manage Zeromag images, SEM images, EDS analysis results, and all data. It can also be easily expanded into reports.
