The JEOL InTouchScope™ series features three features that transform your analyzer into a tool.
JSM-IT200 is a cost-effective scanning electron microscope that has the functions of the higher-end model JSM-IT500, but is simpler and easier to use. The beginner-friendly sample exchange navigation allows you to easily set the sample, find the field of view, and start observing SEM images.
One software for analysis work, such as Zeromag, which allows you to search the field of view as if it were an optical microscope, Live Analysis, which allows you to see elemental analysis results without having to be conscious of the analysis, and SMILE VIEW™ Lab, which allows you to create reports by combining observations and analyzes.
