■ Characteristics

・ Star ract is a preparation that is composed mainly of lactic acid. ・ Control the chlorine odor after cutting vegetables and bean sprouts with sodium hypochlorite or squirral powder. ・ Reduce the remaining amount of chlorine after use such as sodium hypochlorite or welcome flour. ・ Improves storage by adjusting PH to weakly acidic. ・ The effect of pH adjustment suppresses the stuffy odor and ethylene odor of cut vegetables.

・ When used for the purpose of pH adjustment: PH adjustment agent ・ When used for the purpose of sourness and acidity adjustment: sourness ・ When used for other purposes: Lactic acid, mushic acid
