About This Product

■ Characteristics

・ LN Powder ・ LN Powder F is a powdered sodium lactate sodium developed to support the premics and powder preparations such as flour. ・ It has characteristics such as moisturizing properties, reduced water activity, and cushioning properties, and is easy to formulate to premics because it is powdered. ・ Excellent moisturizing power, reducing the difference in moisture absorption effect depending on the temperature and humidity. ・ Because it gives protein a plastic effect, the flexibility and expansion are improved simultaneously. It is also effective in preventing product aging. ・ High water activity is high, and it suppresses the growth of microorganisms in food. -The decrease (decrease) of PH is reduced for foods using lactic acid and other organic acids due to buffer action.

■ Use standards for LN powder / LN powder F

・ This product contains 8.3%calcium. ・ The amount of calcium lactate must be less than 1.0 % of food as calcium. However, this is not the case if you receive permission or approval for special applications.

■ Display examples in food

・ When used for the purpose of seasoning: Seasoning (organic acid) ・ When used for other purposes: Na lactate
