The GEN II Mass Flow Sensor PMF83000 series is designed for respiratory care and other medical devices and measuring equipment. Compared to the previous generation solutions, the PMF83000 series has improved accuracy, reproducibility, and S/N performance.

・ Oxygen concentration device ・ Respiratory / artificial respiratory organs ・ Nevrizer ・ CPAP device ・ Anesthesia delivery ・ Environmental monitoring ・ Control of fuel cells

■ Characteristics

・ Compact footprint ・ High accuracy / low noise ・ High -speed response ・ Resistant to condensation water and dust ・ Long -term stability ・ Two -way flow sensing (optional) ・ Analog, I2C, linear output

■ Output voltage

・ FOR PMF83000 analog output Flowrate calculation = [(output voltage --0.5 v) / 4 v] X float on full scale Example) PMF83050's full scale flow rate is 50 SLM. If the output voltage is 3.5 V, the flow rate is: [(3.5 V -0.5 V) /4V x 50 SLM] = 37.5 SLM ・ FOR PMF83000 Digital output Flowrate calculation = [(count -6,553) / 52,428] X full scale fluorate Example) PMF83050's full scale flow rate is 50 SLM. When the digital output indicates 10,000, the flow rate is: [(10,000-6,553) /52,428 x 50 SLM] = 3.28 SLM
