About This Product

■Summary

The BAM friction tester FSKM 10 is a device for measuring the sensitivity of a test object to friction stimulation in the friction load range of 0.1 N to 360 N. The FSKM 10 has a sturdy stainless steel frame and an interchangeable loading arm mechanism. This mechanism allows a variety of high-energy materials to be tested with this single device. The enclosure with a door (safeguard) shown in the image can also be added as an option.

■Usage/Application

By using the BAM Friction Sensitivity Tester FSKM 10, it is possible to test the friction sensitivity of test materials in accordance with the BAM method. (Compatible with JIS K 4810)

■Advantages and features

・Exchangeable unique loading arm - Standard 6-position loading arm with two sets of weights for loads from 0.5 N to 360 N Lightweight 3-position loading arm designed for testing sensitive materials, equipped with two sets of weights with loads from 0.1 N to 60 N ・Safety guard for worker protection (optional) ・Digital control stepping motor that moves the porcelain plate carriage with high precision ・Work table with stainless steel frame covered with conductive surface - Porcelain plate carriage speed selectable between 20 and 300 RPM (optional) ・Compatible with JIS K 4810 ・Remote control
