Once the object is put in place, the spray nozzle moves at a constant speed to spray the liquid evenly. Uses of Spray Coaters

Principle of Spray Coaters

Ultrasonic Method
Liquid is dipped into the tip of a nozzle with an atomizing surface and spread evenly over the surface of the nozzle by ultrasonic vibration. The liquid spreads while vibrating, and when the ultrasonic waves exceed the surface tension, the liquid is atomized and sprayed. The advantage is that there is no unnecessary dispersal, resulting in minimal loss of fluid.
