About This Product
Laser -induced breakdown bleeding analysis (LIBS) not only identifies the components on the sample surface by collecting pulse laser on the sample surface and irradiating the plasma produced, but also analyzes the component ratio.
Libs can be measured by Light, BE, BE, B, C, F, NA, etc., which cannot be measured by XRF. In this series, it is possible to measure a small carbon in carbon steel and stainless steel at a practical level in this series.
The application is assumed to be a wide range of applications, from research and development fields that utilize a wide range of elemental detection abilities, to mineral analysis in the mining field, identification and selection of steel species in industrial fields, pipeline, and pmi tests in architecture.
The Z-900 series is the latest premium model released in Japan from April 2022. It has the lightest and robust metal frame, and you can use the thin tip to measure the inspection of the welding.
We offer hardware and main body software libraries with different spectroscopes according to the customer's purpose. In addition, the optional PC software allows you to create a customer's unique calibration line.
Measurement atmosphere control
-The Z-900 series is measured in an argon atmosphere by algon gas injection at the measurement timing (Opti-Purge technology: US patent)
Opti-Purge has a carbon detection limit of 0.008%in iron alloys, which can be determined based on the carbon amount of SUS316 and SUS316L.
You can also check high measurement reproducibility even in samples that do not contain carbon.
