It is used as a spectroscopy method, and it is possible to measure high-quality spectrum in the wavelength area of ​​400-2500 nm by a monochrome-compatible monochrome meter compatible with wide scanning. In addition, the sample box has a multipurpose stage with XY movable, and a flexible measurement method linked to the spectrum measurement is realized. The following three types of operation are possible as standard equipment measurement mode. In addition, we will respond to stage movements to achieve mapping measurement according to your request, so please use it to achieve measurements that make use of your ideas. ･ Automatic measurement of multiple samples Direct measurement By setting an Iris adapter for centering, it supports centering measurement in a stationary state. If the measurement specimen is particularly large, removing the centering iris adapter and installing a sample table directly, it is possible to respond flexibly that is not affected by the sample size.
