About This Product
■ Overview
The throwing powder is completely dispersed and discharged by high -speed rotation feathers. If you supply powder by a microfider, it will be a continuous aerosol generator.
The powdered grain diversification machine has the function of dismantling the aggregated part of the powdered body and draining with the air as a dust flow of a completely distributed particles. Distributed is performed by an impeller with a special structure that rotates at high speed by the motor. There are five maximum processing capacity, from 0.6 kg/h to 12kg/h. There is a microphider as a device that supplies the powder in a small amount, high -precision without a pulse flow.
In addition, there is an ultra -high -precision submichron branch machine that accurately divides dust flow and generates aerosol composed of single -sized particles.
■ Usage example
・ It is widely used as a distributor for division, dust occurrence or friction test, medical experiment, or various processes. We supply dust emitted from low -pressure microfiders to powdered diversification machines to conduct various experiments related to dust in pressure processes. In addition, the development of aerosols in the high -pressure process is also implemented.
・ The powder supplied from the open microfider is supplied to the powdered distributor, and the aerosol of the completely distributed powder is sent to the barrierable inbactor. As a result, the powder of the powder is classified, and the submicron flour is not mixed at all.
・ Dust flow generated by microfiders and powdered bodies is used for various tests such as dust collection and wear.
■ Remarks
-The air volume is when the powdered inlet and the dust flow exit are released. Therefore, the pipe is connected to the entrance and exit, or if there is a squeezed part, it will decrease.
・ The appearance and external dimensions may be changed slightly.
・ The connection is made of SUS304.
・ The painted color is IPB5.1/9.9.
・ The dust flow exit can be changed in 90 ° units.
