About This Product
"ALL IN ONE Mixer" that realizes distributed, emulsifying, foaming, and fluids from solid liquid mixing.
Since the new technology "Sidal Flowing" can be rotated at high speed by reducing cavitation, it realizes stable and efficient dispersion and emulsification. Furthermore, with the foaming function and pump function, the formation, emulsifying, foaming, and sending processes are enabled with one unit.
It is composed of a small gap between the rotator rotating at high speed at a maximum of 62m/s and the rotator/casing. Low power, high -speed rotation characteristics, cavitation prevention effects, and foaming functions of special conical rotors enable low -energy and high quality products. There is no contamination derived from the media.
■ Characteristics
・ Suppress cavitation by “layered dysfunction”: The rotor rotates at high speed with a smooth shape without unevenness. A smooth centrifugal pump mechanism without an impeller, a flowing that does not interfere with turning, a layer of diversion, a fluid function, a distributor of the fluid, and a pressurized distribution place act to reduce cavitation.
・ Micron level distribution / emulsification
・ Mass circulation possible: Circular operation between the tank and the CPM, and after diversification, switch the three -sided valve and transfer and collect.
