■ Overview
It is a Ross inweight high -precision supply machine. From fine powder to grain, you can supply high accuracy. Various supply machines can be selected. For small amounts and small amounts

■ Features and use
・ Two models (MHT and MHV type) are prepared, and high -precision supply can be provided from fine powder to grain.
・ Supplies very smoothly without pulse in a wide range (2 to 500ℓ/h).
・ It can be supplied without mechanical stress to the powder.
・ High accuracy: We maintain 1/1,000FS weighing accuracy and supply accuracy ± 0.5 to 1 % FS.
・ Replacement of powder is a simple structure.
・ Maintenance -free and economical supply machine.
・ It can be widely used for small, lightweight and precise quantitative supply, automatic composition, or batch supply.
■ MHV series principle and structure
・ The principle of electromagnetic feeder and loss -in weight type is applied.
・ Due to the vibration of the electromagnetic feeder, the powder grains are uniformly discharged without pulse.
・ The controller that adopts the loading and the special high -performance loss -in -wet control method is performed within a wide range of high -precision quantitative supply.
・ When the weight of the powdered grains in the supply hopper is the lower limit, the controller sends a signal, fixes the vibration of the electromagnetic feeder to a certain value, and continues to supply quantitative.
・ If the weight of the powder grains exceeds the upper limit by adding a powdered grain in the hopper, the controller will start a regular control operation.
・ In the case of batch supply, when the weight of the powdered grain in the supply hopper is reduced by only the set value, the controller is transmitted to the supply stop signal and a predetermined batch supply is performed.
