■ Overview
It is a Ross inweight high -precision supply machine. From fine powder to grain, you can supply high accuracy. Various supply machines can be selected. For small amounts and small amounts
Used supply: 2-50L/h from 2 to 10L/h, 7-50L/H
■ Features and use
・ Two models (MHT and MHV type) are prepared, and high -precision supply can be provided from fine powder to grain.
・ Supplies very smoothly without pulse in a wide range (2 to 500ℓ/h).
・ It can be supplied without mechanical stress to the powder.
・ High accuracy: We maintain 1/1,000FS weighing accuracy and supply accuracy ± 0.5 to 1 % FS.
・ Replacement of powder is a simple structure.
・ Maintenance -free and economical supply machine.
・ It can be widely used for small, lightweight and precise quantitative supply, automatic composition, or batch supply.
■ MHT series principle and structure
・ We apply the principle of table feeder type and loss -in weightski.
-The special rectifier mechanism forms a uniform powder layer on a rotating table, scribbles it with a scrubber, and discharges the powder without pulse.
・ The controller that adopts the road sequence and the special high -performance Rosswin weight control method is performed within the high flow range of high -precision quantitative supply.
・ When the powder weight in the supply hopper is lowered, the controller sends a signal, fixes the rotation speed of the rotating table to a constant rotation, and continues to supply quantitative.
・ If the powder weight exceeds the maximum by adding a powder in the hopper, the controller will start a regular control operation.
-In the case of a batch supply, when the weight in the supply hopper is reduced by only the set value, the controller sends out the supply stop signal and provides a predetermined batch supply.
