About This Product
■ Overview
It is a simple and inexpensive high -precision supply machine for grain. The measurement of the supply flow rate is a supply device that can measure the flow rate for granules. The supply flow rate is an automatic control type and is suitable for continuous automatic composition because there is no pulse flow. It is a supply control method of power saving.
Used supply: 0 ~ 60t/h from 0 ~ 3T/h
■ Principles / structure
・ Install it at the hopper exhaust.
-The grains emitted from the hopper flow to the detection board via the gate built into the supply machine.
-The load generated on the detection plate is detected by the loading, and is converted to an electrical signal equivalent to the flow rate.
・ Based on the operating signal, the gate is automatically controlled by the motor of the internal organs and the grain is driven to the target supply flow rate.
■ Features / Usage examples
・ High accuracy (± 0.5 to 1 % FS) can be supplied.
・ Stable fixed amount of streamlined, without pulse flow, can be supplied.
・ At the start of operation, the supply flow rate reaches the target value immediately.
・ Running cost is low. Power consumption is within 60VA.
・ Easy to handle. If you set the target value to the controller and turn on the operation command, the supply amount is fully supplied.
・ The structure is simple, small, lightweight and durable.
