About This Product
■ Overview
It is possible to manage and control the production volume of powdered grains with high accuracy. There are a wide variety of useful use, including plastic bottles, abandoned plastic pieces and lumps, wood chips, RDF, tire cut pieces, fly ash, fine grain ash. It can be easily installed on supply machines, transport machines, crushers, and class machines.
Used for flow rate measurement and control from fine powder to lumps and slurry. It is also used for high -temperature and high pressure processes.
■ Basic principle and structure of transmitter
When powdered grains fall naturally from a constant height than the supply, the impact line flow is that the horizontal component of the impact force generated on the detection plate has a proportion to the instantaneous weight (g) of the powder grain. It is the principle of the total.
■ Process conditions
・ High temperature (achievement 900 ° C)
・ High pressure (achievement 5MPa)
・ Ultra -fine powder
・ High -mounting powder
・ Wearing powder
■ Detection method by differential transformer
The horizontal force generated on the detection plate is transmitted to the range spring via the beam, and the beam has a displacement in proportion to its power, centered on the brass plate fulcrum. This displacement is detected by a differential transformer and the instant flow rate is obtained.

■ Standard type
Usually consists of a stainless steel board. By buffing the surface, tofram processing or hard chrome plating, it improves the wearing resistance.
■ Lining type
The standard surface is lined with special materials. By buffing the surface, tofram processing or hard chrome plating, it improves the wearing resistance.
■ Replacement type
You can change the surface. By buffing the surface, tofram processing or hard chrome plating, it improves the wearing resistance.
■ Hammering type
Install a hammering mechanism on the back of the standard type. Prevention of adhesion.
■ Rotating type
Rotate the back side and stir in the scruber. Applied to particularly strong adhesion.
■ Air slide type
The surface is covered with a nylon edge cloth and the air is erupted from the inside. Applies to light and strong adhesion powder like carbon black.
■ About selection of receiver
The impact line flow meter is composed of a transmitter and a receiver.
・ Up to the maximum surrounding temperature of 45 ° C
・ Up to minimum peripheral temperature -5 ° C
Can be used. Otherwise, cooling or heat retention is required.
