About This Product

The wheels with a diamond V face axis are tools that are mainly used for aspherical processing of glass lens molded molds. In the plastic lens molded mold, nickel is cut with ultra -precision single crystal diamond bytes and is used as a mold, but in the glass lens mold mold, ultra -fine bindless superganging is used as a mold. In recent years, demand for molds using SIC is increasing. For processing of bindales carbide and SIC lens -type molds, grinding using a diamond axis wheel is used because cutting and cutting with a single crystal diamond bytes is not suitable.
