About This Product
A new concept metal bond wheel that combines the sharpness of resin bond and the wear resistance of metal bonds. Various ceramics, sapphire, Ishido, carbide, carbide, serumet, burnt steel, and other high -efficiency grinding performance. Excellent self -dressing, it lasts a sharp taste compared to resin bonds, improving the dress interval.
In resin bonds, there is an issue in which heat deterioration during processing, drop -off of abrasive grains and burial, and the sharpness decreases. In metal bonds, the tip of the abrasive grains progresses, the sharpness deteriorates and the dress interval is short.
The "Metalex" wheel is a new concept metal bond wheel that corresponds to these issues, has excellent sharpness and has a high life span than resin bonds. Since there are multiple bond variations, it can be applied to various materials and contribute to the processing time.
