General whetstones can be molded. There are four types of shapes, a square -shaped, conical shape, flat, and wedge -shaped shape. Forming Dressa, which uses multiple crystal diamonds (PCD) instead of single crystal diamonds, has less lifespan and has a stable performance.
Diamond Forming Dressa is a cloak with the diamonds at the tip into a wall -shaped or wedge shape. The diamond part is polished and very weak against the impact. If it is attached to a jig, it is necessary to install it correctly because the diamond may be shocked and it may be damaged. The cut amount when used is within 0.02 mm as much as possible, and the sending speed is related to the surface roughness, but within 250 mm/min, the damage to diamond is reduced.
Be sure to apply cooling water when used. In particular, imitating processing makes it easier to generate heat because of its long molding distance, reducing the wear of diamonds and shorter life. Used in angular grinding, stepping cylindrical grinding, screw grinding, gears, etc.
