The USIGHT-2100 is a small spectroscope that can measure transmitted light, reflected light, fluorescent, fluorescence, phosphorescence, etc. from the spot area of 1 μm or less with high sensitivity and high accuracy. It supports a wide range of light detection of ultraviolet rays, visible light, and near -infrared rays. If you have a mapping stage (option), you can perform a surface analysis.
