About This Product
We propose a diamond slurry with the best properties for each sample. You can choose according to the nature of the sample such as water and oil.
■ Features
-The diamond slurry is higher than other abrasives and achieves the maximum effect in a small amount.
・ A wide variety of samples are made of crude chopping -mirror finishing polishing.
・ Diamonds can be selected from multiple crystals (MP-1000) and single crystal (MM-3000).
・ Three solvents can be selected from water -soluble (W), oil -based (O), and bic.
・ By using it in conjunction with the automatic spray device MS-2, it can be sprayed regularly at a time and it is economical.
■ About selection of diamond slurry
・ Single crystal (MM-3000) …… It has high cutting power and is effective at 9 μm or more. The disadvantage is that polishing marks are likely to remain on the processing surface.
・ Multi-crystal (MP-1000) …… It has a high effect when finishing 3 μm or less. A beautiful processing surface can be easily obtained.
・ Water -resistant ... Compatible with various materials. Cleaning after polishing is easy.
・ Oil -like …… Suitable for metal processing such as steel material. It can also be used for samples that respond to water.
・ Both gender …… It can be dissolved in both water and oil and diluted. The diamonds contained in bilateral slurry are only single crystals.
