About This Product
The precision blade -sew MPC series is a precision cutting machine that realizes a sample -friendly cutting system with a step -feeding function and a cutting system with a balance weight. In addition, since it is a small and desktop device, it can be cut off in a narrow space and relocated the device.
Capturing a sample of all shapes with a variety of jigs and replacing the cut whetstone, it corresponds to sample cutting of all materials. In addition, it can be used for all cutting scenes by Rauea touch and customs. The step feeding mechanism has realized a gentle cutting for samples and whetstones.
Maximum chuck possible sample size: 100mm x 100mm x T25mm
■ Features
-The high -precision slide mechanism of the work table can be cut in parallel of 100 μm.
・ The cutting position can be determined in 10 µm units at the mobile mechanism that uses a micrometer.
・ The sending speed can be set within the range of 0.0mm to 100.0mm/min at the sending mechanism by the motor drive.
・ The work table can be moved automatically and manually.
・ Use of the step mechanism makes it easier to cut the grindstone easy to chew iron material.
・ After the crystal direction due to X -ray diffraction as an option, a goniometer that can be cut as it is will be prepared.
