■ Characteristics
-When modifying the flatness of the abrasive, measure the flatness using the correction gauge unit.
・ A modified gauge unit is installed on the abrasive plate, and if the dial gauge is clockwise than 0, the state of the middle high (the center part of the abrasive is higher), and if it swings counterclockwise from 0, (The outer peripheral part of the abrasive plate is higher).
■ How to handle
It is installed on the abrasive to measure the flatness of the abrasive. In the grooved abrasive, place the metal plate on the plate to measure the plane. Correct the abrasive plate with a diamond baking ring for flat -degree modification, referring to the measured numbers.
